Is CaptureWizard really cheaper than the alternatives?

Yes — every paid tier is priced a dollar below the leading screenshot tools, and includes cloud links with view analytics and REST API access that they don't offer.

What counts as a "recording"?

Any screen or webcam capture you record, up to 6 hours each. Free includes 20 recordings per month at 720p; Pro is unlimited up to 4K.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Anytime. Annual billing saves roughly 17%, and switching is prorated automatically.

How does Team billing work?

You're billed per active member each cycle. Every member gets the full Pro feature set, plus shared library, roles and central admin.

Do you offer education or nonprofit discounts?
